We utilize Salesforce Case Consoles and generate a new Case when external customers send an email to our Customer support team. Sometimes customers will attach a file in their emails, which would be attachments in the Case. In reviewing the functionality of your product, it doesn’t mention anywhere whether it will move Case attachments to the external storage if the attachment comes in on an email. Is this something it can do? do you have other customers that use it this way?
