We are trying to install XfilesPro to our Salesforce instance, but we are getting stuck trying to configure S3. We have done the following.
- XfilesPro App
- Clicked Storage Setup
- Clicked Amazon S3
- Added the secret key and secret access key
- Click Validate and Submit and Screen stay there – no error or confirmation of valid keys.
If I close the popup, it does not show up in the storage provider list.
Please let us know what step we might be missing. Thank you!
