- If you do encounter an error like the below screen, please ensure that you have enabled your chatter settings.
To enable your chatter settings, please follow the below steps
- To access the Chatter Settings page, enter Chatter in the Quick Find box and select Chatter Settings.
- To enable Chatter for your entire organization, select Enable in the Chatter Settings section.
Once the chatter settings are enabled, please install the application. You should now be able to download and install the application without any issues.
