Below is the License Period and Cancellation related information for XfilesPro.
The licenses will be valid for a period of one year from the purchase/production installation date of XfilesPro. The licenses would be automatically renewed for the next annual year.
Customer may terminate this Agreement and/or Order upon not less than Sixty (60) days’ prior written notice before the next annual renewal.
