Since its inception, Ideal Asset Maintenance has been on a mission to elevate the asset management standard of the construction industry. By the time the customer approached us, their team was using two components of SharePoint (their primary storage cloud), by which two of their business units were using the same SharePoint and the same Salesforce. Plus, they were using multiple SharePoint sites for different teams and the same SharePoint tenant for multiple Salesforce orgs. We must say, our customer’s way of Salesforce file management was absolutely distinct.
