Being a healthcare insurance company, it was normal for the customer to produce a large volume of files in Salesforce every day. However, it was not that easy when the files started accumulating in the Org and impacting the performance of the CRM platform. So, the insurance company decided to free up the storage space by moving files externally to AWS S3.
