Using Salesforce for a long time, the New Zealand government agency has been experiencing unmanageable file growth within their Org. Among these, the major contribution of files was from a 3rd-party document generation application. Since the growing volume of files heralded the outgrowth of the file storage space, they decided to move all the files, including those generated from the 3rd-party app, in order to optimize the storage space.
