Being a sustainable waste management solution provider, our customer had the requirement to generate different types of documents for their customers. Since the process consumed a lot of time, they decided to automate it with the help of a superior document generator for Salesforce. At the same time, they also had to ensure that the newly generated documents were not accumulated in Salesforce and impacted the storage space.
To ensure this, they determined to move the documents to their own external storage S3, into its Dirty Bucket. However, the customer was required to cross different approval and eSign procedures in order to push a document externally.
